Understanding Our Licensing System
One License: Your Verodat account holds a "license key" that unlocks all the features and tools on our platform.
Sharing is Caring: Once your account has a "license key", anyone who's part of your team can use Verodat. No need for everyone to have a license key - one key lets the whole team in!
Play Your Part: Depending on what role you've been given in the team, you'll have certain rights. These roles decide what you can do on the platform.
Individual licenses are not required. We've implemented a licensing system linked to each account, identified by a unique license key. Any user operating within this account can use its features and capabilities to the fullest, based on their assigned role rights.
Account Types
We offer various account types catering to different needs:
Trial
Every Verodat user has a right to create their own trial account for 1 time.
limitation on the time the license can be used (21 days)
Only 1 account admin is allowed.
Trial Account admins cannot be transferred.
Basic
If you are going to use the product with the Verodat Snowflake this is the correct license.
A basic license is registered for the account they are activated in.
Users are allowed to have only 1 workspace and within that workspace
5 datasets with a total of 250 reference dataset rows.
Snowflake included - while setting up the account users will not be asked to provide their own Snowflake details. Snowflake data storage will be provided by Verodat.
Can have an unlimited number of users, but it can only have 5 account admins.
Standard
The Standard licence enhances user capabilities by offering increased allowances for datasets, account admins, reference dataset rows, and workspaces.
users are required to bring their own Snowflake or SQL Server.

Enterprise
The Enterprise license elevates user capabilities, providing expanded allocations for datasets, account admins, reference dataset rows, and workspaces.

Please contact support if you would like to benefit from enterprise license allowances but would not prefer to bring your own Snowflake.
Activation Process
If you possess an activation key for a license, you can easily activate it during the setup of your account.
